Meet chefs Rasmus and Kalle at the somewhat hidden Malmö gem Folk Mat & Möten and hear them reveal the boldest lunch dish they’ve served so far.

At Drumbar, in one of Malmö’s oldest buildings, Joe McDonald serves up authentic haggis using a recipe from the butcher in his Scottish hometown. You’ll also find more than a few bottles of whisky here.

They say simplicity is an art in itself… a phrase that fits perfectly with restaurant SMAK at artsy Malmö Konsthall. Seemingly simple but fabulously flavorful.
